    This Digital Design CEU is registered with the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC) for continuing education credit. This credit will be accepted by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), International Interior Designers Association (IIDA) and Interior Designers of Canada (IDC).


    Any professional or student connected to the field of interior design or architecture that is specifying decorative finishes.

    Course Description

    The course covers a number of key factors that should form the foundation of your knowledge on how to confidently create digital prints to enhance a variety of environments.
    Topics covered include: finding and developing images, selecting the substrate that best fits your particular project, the importance of project planning, installation and maintenance factors to ensure greater client satisfaction.

    Course Objectives

    • Provide an overall view of the digital printing process.
    • Educate Architects and Interior Designers on inks and color matching.
    • Provide information on the types and sizes of digital files necessary to produce a quality final product.
    • Compare digital printing with more traditional methods of printing.
    • Show how even complicated designs can be created and installed satisfactorily.
    • Introduce the many different substrates that are available to give you the desired look.
